Request for Proposal (RFP)

$250 Meeting Space Package for Groups Under 20 Includes:

  • - Meeting Space Access (3pm on arrival day through noon on check-out day)
  • - Meeting Space Set-up Choice of: Theater Style, Round Tables, Hollow Square
  • - Built-in Projector
  • - Whiteboard
  • - Podium
  • - Keurig Machine (bring your own k-cups, coffee condiments, cups, stirrers, and lids)
  • - Snack Table*

  • *Groups will need to bring their own individually pre-packaged snacks. Allowed items include: individual size pre-packaged chips, individual size pre-packaged cookies, individually wrapped snack cakes, individually wrapped breakfast bars or granola bars, individually wrapped candy bars or hard candy, whole apples or oranges, and bottled water. All snacks must be sealed and not require preparation. Home-baked items are not permitted. Outside catering/to-go orders are not permitted. A $250 cleaning fee may apply where excessive cleaning is required.
