When you book an event for your ministry at Ridgecrest, one of our Sales Team will work with you to check availability, learn about our property, and contract your conference or retreat. Then, we will connect you with one of our Group Experience Coordinators who will help you coordinate the details of your event.  Our team is here to serve you with purposeful hospitality and support you throughout the planning process.   

Several of our Sales and Group Experience Team have served at Ridgecrest for over a decade, but we do have a few new team members that we would like to introduce to you.  Here’s a little background about us and some fun facts for you to enjoy: 

Melissa Inman – Director of Marketing, Sales, Events, and Group Coordination

Melissa has served at Ridgecrest for 20 years and loves seeing Ridgecrest’s mission of impacting lives for God’s glory through purposeful hospitality come to fruition.  Of all her years in the hospitality industry, her time at Ridgecrest has been the most rewarding and meaningful. 

Fun Fact: You want her on your trivia team, especially if the category is 80s movies or rock!

Annette Frisby – Sales Account Manager

For the past 28 years, Annette has been blessed to work with Christian organizations on their events at Ridgecrest.  She loves connecting with Event Planners and building relationships with them. 

Fun Fact: In college, Annette worked as a whitewater rafting guide.

Charity Walters – Sales Account Manager

Charity’s Ridgecrest story began as a Summer Staffer in 2021, and then she joined the team full time in 2023.  Charity works with denominational leaders to plan their conferences and loves to help Event Planners bring their events to life. 

Fun Fact: Charity has an extensive collection of Coca-Cola memorabilia.

Capi Wampler – Sales Representative

Early on in her life, Capi felt called to serve God by serving others through hospitality.  Capi joined the Ridgecrest team in 2025 and considers it a great joy to help churches plan their retreats. 

Fun Fact: Capi loves fly fishing.

Gabe Presnell – Group Coordination Manager

Gabe first started at Ridgecrest as a Summer Staffer in 2010 and then joined the Ridgecrest team full time in 2013.  Gabe loves collaborating with Event Planners to help accomplish their event vision, setting the stage for lives to be impacted for God’s glory. 

Fun Fact: Gabe is a regular at Ridgecrest’s Clouds Coffee Shop.  In fact, there is even a drink we call “the Gabe” (iced Americano with honey, half & half, and cinnamon).

Blake Wilson – Meetings Express Coordinator

Before joining the Sales and Group Experience Team, Blake served on the Grounds Team and the Conference Services Team at Ridgecrest.  This in-depth knowledge of our property and technology has been an asset to him as he works with church groups to book and coordinate their retreats at Ridgecrest.   

Fun Fact: As a teenager, Blake taught himself to play guitar by ear.

Sierra Cechura – Group Experience Coordinator

Sierra joined the Ridgecrest team in 2026.  She looks forward to helping Event Planners with the details of their events and seeing God work in our guests’ lives. 

Fun Fact: Sierra has seen 4 of the 5 Great Lakes all in one day.

Lindsay Toole – Sales Team

Lindsay has worked at Ridgecrest for 19 wonderful years (plus 5 summers as a Summer Staffer).  Ridgecrest is a special place where God changes lives, and she is blessed to be a part of it. 

Fun Fact: Lindsay loves to ride horses whenever she gets a chance.
