Mountain Laurel East is Ridgecrest’s newly renovated deluxe hotel with well-appointed, modern rooms and many complimentary amenities, including TVs in fellowship areas, a fitness room and high-speed wi-fi throughout. On-site classrooms, a board room, a state-of-the-art auditorium and spacious lobbies with comfortable sitting areas and a fireplace make this an ideal location for conferences, retreats and getaways.

Mountain Laurel West is located directly behind Johnson Spring with ample adjacent parking. Enjoy easy access via covered walkways to Johnson Spring, Pritchell Hall’s Registration Desk, the Dining Room, Switchback Game Room, Clouds Coffee Shop and the Nibble Nook. Mountain Laurel has it all.

Pritchell Hall is Ridgecrest’s most centrally-located guest facility, lending maximum convenience to adjacent Spilman Auditorium and the Dining Room. Royal Gorge is part of Ridgecrest’s youth housing facilities, located on the eastern side of campus. Along with Woodland and Maple, 64 guest rooms house over 1,000 youth and leaders, with each room housing ten to twelve guests. Private bathrooms are a plus, offering two lavatories, two showers and two sinks for each room. Royal Gorge is a short walk to the ARC and is within walking distance to Ridgecrest’s meeting spaces, dining areas, recreational facilities, several fire rings and Woodland Green.
Maple is located on the east side of campus, directly across from the ARC, near Woodland Green. Maple is within short walking distance to all of Ridgecrest’s meeting and dining facilities. WiFi is not available for youth housing.
Walnut guest rooms are part of Ridgecrest’s family housing. Our rooms come with a queen bed and two sets of bunk beds, making this facility perfect for families of six or less. Simple, clean and affordable — great for the entire family.
Walnut is located in the east part of campus adjacent to the ARC. It is within short walking distance to all of Ridgecrest’s meeting and dining facilities. Ample parking is available.
Woodland is part of Ridgecrest’s youth housing facility, located on the east side of campus. Along with Royal Gorge and Maple, there are private bathrooms. Woodland is adjacent to the ARC and is within walking distance to Ridgecrest’s meeting spaces, dining areas and recreational facilities, including Woodland Green. WiFi is not available for youth housing.

Ridgecrest’s Dining Room is centrally located within Rhododendron, ensuring guests a short walk from virtually every lodging venue. Offering three nutritious buffet-style meals daily, this space includes up to eight serving lines to accommodate groups quickly. Seating for almost 1,000 guests provides a comfortable setting for fellowship and conversation while enjoying our chef’s carefully planned menus.

HIKING
Hike the Blue Ridge Mountains right outside your door. Choose from five different hikes among white oaks and red maples, with mountain laurel that grows so thick in places, it creates a lush umbrella over the entire pathway. Trails range from easy to moderately difficult, but each affords spectacular views from scenic vantage points.
The Ridgecrest Trail System is located on private property and only available to registered guests of the conference center.
SWITCHBACK
Switchback Game Room is where fellowship and fun come together. This game room provides a unique space for guests to relax and connect with one another through a medley of fun activities.
Switchback is fitted with foosball, table tennis, billiards, carpet ball, and tabletop games like checkers, tumbling towers, and connect four.
Centrally located steps away from Clouds Coffee Shop and Nibble Nook, Switchback will be your go-to spot for friendly competition. Swing by, unwind, and make some memories together!

Our check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. the day you are leaving. Ridgecrest does not offer complimentary late check-out. If your balance is paid in full, you may leave the keys in your room.

Do you have laundry facilities on-site?
