At Ridgecrest, our dedicated team works behind the scenes to ensure every retreat, conference, and gathering is a memorable and transformative experience. We would like to introduce you to some of the members of our team and share how they can support you in creating impactful events.
Melissa Inman – Director of Marketing, Sales, Events and Coordination
Melissa has worked in the hospitality industry for the past thirty-eight years. Nineteen of those, have been at Ridgecrest. One of her favorite parts of her job is working with planners to ensure the vision for their event comes to life.

Annette Frisby – Sales Account Manager
After working in the hospitality industry for five years, Annette felt God calling her to work at Ridgecrest. Now, celebrating twenty-six years of service, she sees her job as the biggest privilege and blessing. Annette’s role is to build relationships with those in Christian organizations so when they require a venue, Ridgecrest is the first place they consider.

Lindsay Toole – Sales Representative
Lindsay started her Ridgecrest journey as a summer staffer and served for five summers. She’s served full-time for seventeen years and loves seeing how God changes lives at Ridgecrest. In her role, Lindsay is responsible for building connections with our church groups and helping them book their events at Ridgecrest.
“There is something special about Ridgecrest. Being surrounded by the mountains reminds you of what a great God we serve, and you can really feel the love of God when you step on our campus. I love getting to see all of the life-change that happens here. It truly is a blessing.” – Lindsay
Gabe Presnell – Group Experience Coordinator
Gabe started working at Ridgecrest as a summer staffer in 2010 before joining the team full-time leading our outlets department in 2013. In 2016, Gabe began serving as an event coordinator. Now, as a group experience coordinator, he ensures that our guest groups have every detail taken care of so their event can run smoothly. Gabe loves seeing first-hand how God uses Ridgecrest for His purposes and glory.
“I’m passionate about understanding an event planner’s vision for their event, gathering those details, and communicating the logistics to our team so the foundation can be set for lives to be impacted for God’s glory.” – Gabe
Charity Walters – Meetings Express Coordinator
Charity graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management, began serving at Ridgecrest as a summer staffer, and then worked part-time as a coordination assistant before joining the team full-time. Now, Charity serves our groups with 50 or fewer attendees. She guides groups through the booking process and works with them on the details to make their event amazing.

Christopher McDonald – Event Coordinator
Christopher is the newest member of the team. He has worked behind the scenes in ministries and Christian organizations for several years planning events and serving guests. Christopher helps planners dream and create an environment for guests to be ministered to.
“We are at Ridgecrest to serve the Lord and by doing so, we get to pour into our event planners and guests as a Christ-like servant. It’s a great responsibility, but one that I am grateful to be called to.” – Christopher
