Embarking on a writing journey is an exciting and slightly terrifying endeavor. The trail ahead offers promise but will be filled with unexpected twists and turns. This retreat equips authors with the tools they need to scale the peaks of branding, blogging and social media.

Speaking is an art, but it’s also a skill that can be learned. It’s a gift to pair with writing or as a singular means of sharing God’s word as we teach and motivate others. Join us to learn the techniques to grow amateurs into professional speakers. Included will be techniques on enunciation, hooking the listener, voice inflection, content, poise and dress. There will be a variety of learning opportunities from large group, small group and hands-on practice opportunities. Most importantly, attendees will find the confidence-building encouragement to say yes to God when asked to speak.

Cost:

Program Fee:  $250.00 per person

Accommodations:  $79.00 per room, per night

Meals:  $105.00 per person (includes 9 meals starting Sunday dinner through Wednesday lunch)

The health and safety of guests and team members is of utmost importance. Even though no COVID-19 cases have been tied to Ridgecrest Conference Center at this point, we have made the decision to not host events and guests (including individual stays) through April 30, 2020. We will continue to monitor additional developments and reassess as appropriate.

Previously made reservations for stays before April 30th will be canceled and fully refunded. Please note that credit card refunds typically take several business days to process.
