Ridgecrest Audiovisual Available to Rent

Ridgecrest Conference Center’s auditoriums are equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual and sound equipment perfect for general sessions, concerts, worship events and conferences. For breakouts and teaching sessions, many of our meeting spaces come with audiovisual and sound equipment to make presenting easier.

Ridgecrest’s professional AV staff works closely with meeting planners to ensure your event runs smoothly. Our event coordinators will work with you to ensure you have just what you need. Whether your group has 20 or 2,000, you will get the support needed to be truly successful.

$5.00/box or $75.00/pallet. An additional 15% service charge will apply to shipments that arrive at Ridgecrest outside of normal business hours. (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

Use of Spilman Auditorium requires an Audiovisual technician at $250.00 per day.

Ridgecrest Conference Center now offers a camera system for events in Spilman Auditorium. This camera system consists of three high definition cameras that are in fixed-mounted manned positions (left, center and right camera angles), a Production Room (off stage out of the auditorium for ease of communication and space), three front screens and a rear confidence screen for stage display. We offer these systems and staffing by our trained technicians in several different pricing packages in order to better accommodate the budgets of our various events.

Package #1:
$100 per day + $250 per day Spilman AV Fee

Packages may not be altered.

In addition to these packages, groups still have the option of bringing in their own camera systems and fully operating them on their own with their own staff (no additional charge; $250 daily Spilman AV fee still applies). However, if a group decides to opt out of using the Ridgecrest camera system packages in order to bring their own, they will not have access to the Ridgecrest production room and all operations of our screens will not be available (including limited configuration of the way things are displayed on those screens). Other considerations include that power and location are limited to inside the auditorium. Due to fire code regulations and safety considerations, groups are no longer able to operate a “video world” set up outside of Spilman Auditorium.

Other options for groups include running their own media (from the Front of House booth, not from the Production Room) or reserving one of our RCC techs to operate the group’s media from our Production Room (this requires all scripts, song lists and other media be provided in advance so that RCC can provide the most seamless operation possible). All requests must be made 2 weeks or more before the group’s arrival date. RCC will not be able to accommodate last minute requests (within the 2-week time-frame) for use of the camera equipment.

  • For each function, each room includes a free initial set-up. Additional room changes are subject to a fee of $100 per change (plus our standard 15% service charge).
  • Audiovisual equipment is available for rent from Ridgecrest on a first come, first-served basis. Please see function room sheets for the rental cost of equipment. Pricing is per item per day.
  • Ridgecrest will provide qualified A/V technicians for your event. Events desiring assistance from a Ridgecrest technician can make this request through your assigned Event Coordinator by the due date. Groups that request Ridgecrest technicians to run sound, media and/or lighting will be charged $50/hour per technician needed (plus 15% service charge).
  • Groups who would like assistance setting up the sound system in an auditorium will receive 1 hour of complementary assistance from a Ridgecrest technician even if the group is providing their own sound technician(s). This only applies if technicians are requested by the due date.
  • Groups who would like assistance setting up their own sound in a non-auditorium function space will receive 30 minutes of complementary assistance from a Ridgecrest technician. This only applies if technicians are requested by the due date.
  • Wi-fi is available in most areas of the conference center with the exception of our youth dorms.
  • A/V technicians asked to stay after 11:00 p.m. will be billed at an additional $50/hour per technician requested.
  • Audiovisual equipment and technician rates quoted do not include 15% service charge.
